• The goods must be in the same condition as when you received them and in the original packaging.

• Certain items cannot be refunded, such as goods made to your specifications or personalized items.

 

Non-Refundable Items

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods which, according to their nature, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.

Shipping Costs for Returns

 

You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods were damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged during return shipping.
