Conditions for Returns

Process for Returning Items

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Return the Goods: Send the goods back to us at the address provided, using an insured and trackable courier service.

Return Shipping Costs

 

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the goods were damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to ensure the safe return of your goods.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund using the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Shipping costs for the original purchase are non-refundable.
